The insulbar® design is tailored to fit your requirements exactly
using, among others things, finite element calculations to determine
the heat transfer coefficient. A uniform flow of data speeds up
processes and creates flexibility from planning through to
manufacturing.
Rapid prototyping can be used to create machined or bonded insulbar®
prototypes made of semifinished products in the original plastic very
quickly for initial testing. Alternatively, prototype tools can be used
to extrude prototypes that are identical to the volume products.
The most modern checking and testing procedures give you the assurance
that everything will be just as you had imagined, also during the
course of production.
